A Girl's Gotta Eat

The Flying Biscuit is one of my favorite places to eat in the Atlanta metro area. I did not partake of the mimosas, even though I wanted to badly. But I did order my favorite dish, Turkey Hash. It is made in the same style as corned beef hash but the turkey is roasted like beef. Because I am a hash snob, discovering this dish was Godsend. The potatoes are covered with the slow roasted turkey, covered by two medium cooked eggs, covered with cheese…. breakfast was the best thing going today!!! Not to mention a lovely biscuit with apple butter!!! Yaaaay for me!!!
